The Year in Review
What a great year 2011 was for BackCountry! With nearly 8,100 new visitors through our gates last year, and 103 sales- 8 of those at the community's Custom Collection - BackCountry is truly the place to be! We're so very proud to have garnered the 'Community of the Year' award late last year, and of course, are honored to have received four national and local awards for the community's Sundial House. Additionally, we welcomed Toll Brothers into our community, and look forward to the grand opening of its first BackCountry model this year.
What's in Store for 2012?
There are a few things we look forward to this year! Of course we'll continue our 'Community of the Year' celebrations, and we're excited that both Toll Brothers and Shea Homes will celebrate grand openings of new models this year. (Stay tuned for more details on grand opening dates). Additionally, Paragon Homes, our semi-custom builder, has an available spec that's completed and ready for move-in, and the Custom Collection has one available spec that will be completed by mid-year.
