Scott Carter builds custom homes under Scott Homes and his new semi-custom line under Brookline Homes. Recently, Scott has been building 12-15 custom homes a year in grand developments such as Cherry Creek Country Club, Bear Dance, Stapleton and Buell Mansion. These homes range in price from $900,000 to $3 million. In 1993 Scott Carter moved to Colorado, establishing his own family tradition of custom home building. Scott learned from some of the finest New England artisans how to build homes from the ground up. It is this knowledge and his keen eye for detail that give him a competitive advantage. No stranger to recognition, Scott’s 13-year tenure in the Colorado homebuilding markets have been duly noted and awarded. A Parade of Homes winner in 2003, Scott Carter has also been recognized as a recipient of the 2003 and 2005 BAR Awards for Best Custom Home.
