Owning at BackCountry

Joining our Priority List is your first step to owning a home and living in BackCountry! Those who have joined our Priority List are able to purchase a home from one of our home collections during their initial homesite release before the general public.

Begin by downloading and completing the BackCountry Financial Information Form. Once complete, please mail it along with a check for $2,500* to:

Once you have your BackCountry Priority Number it will stay with you throughout all of the new collection releases at BackCountry. After you have reviewed the information for each of the collection offerings, as they are released, you will be asked to trade your BackCountry Priority Number for a collection specific one. Each collection will build its own, separate, priority list for the specific lots available. Priority positions for each of these collections will not be offered to the general public until positions have been given to those from the BackCountry Priority List. For those who would like a position on multiple collection priority lists, you WILL be able to get them. The EXCEPTION is that you can only choose one collection with which to utilize your initial BackCountry Priority Number. For all other collections, you will have to join along with members of the general public or secure an additional BackCountry priority number for use in future collections. Once you are on a “Collection Priority List,” you will be offered lots as they are released by your position on the list. You can choose to select from the available lots, or you can wait for subsequent lot releases, while maintaining your position for that collection.
